How to do booking ? Simple ...

STEP 1 :

Download Booking Form , and save it on your computer. Fill in the check-in/out details and you will be able to see the availability on the spot.

Then fill in the rest of the details and you will be able to see the expected bill, right upto the last Rupee.

This downloading may ask 2 questions; answer "Yes" and "Read only" to these questions

After filling this form, send the saved version to us as attachment on : amba.resort@yahoo.com

We will call you to confirm the availability and ask you for payment in our ICICI account given below, at any branch convenient to you. You can either deposit the cash, or cheque, or do electronic fund transfer.

STEP 2 :

Inform us by Email the details of payment. (NO Phone call, NO SMS !) Please note, we cannot trace the payment to you unless we receive in writing the payment details.

You will get booking confirmation and our E-Receipt upon crediting of the money in our account. If for some reason booking for your dates becomes unavailable by the time your funds are received by us, then your money will be fully refunded immediately.

Office timings : 10 am to 2 pm on any working day, by prior intimation only; because mostly the staff is out of the office on external work.

Refund policy for Cancellation / Reduction in number of persons / shortening of period of stay :

  1. If informed to Pune head office (in writing or by acknowledged email) more than 10 days earlier, Rs. 1000 will be deducted and remaining will be refunded.
  2. If informed less than 10 days earlier, there are 2 options :
    • Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date. In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
    • Complete cancellation; in this case no refund will be paid.
